There are three public doors. They do different jobs. Using the right one saves a day of email.
Use the quote form when you have a lane — or a recurring pattern — and want us to say yes or no. Origin, destination, dates, equipment, weight, and commodity are enough to start. Reefer needs a setpoint.
An RFQ is a request. It is not a tender we have accepted and it is not posted to the public board.
The load board is for freight you want visible after we review it. Public posts start in review. They go live only when the company and the required fields check out.
If you do not have a load today but want to be on the list, leave company and contact details. We follow up when Tesla Semi capacity matches your freight.
City and state both ends. Pickup and delivery windows. Equipment type. Weight. Commodity. For temperature-controlled freight, the setpoint. Any appointment, liftgate, or detention risk you already know about.
We review every request. Response time varies with freight volume. No posted RFQ or load is a contract of carriage until we accept it in writing or dispatch a truck.
