Website Terms of Use
Last updated September 15, 2026
These terms govern use of roboshepherd.net, operated by RoboShepherd LLC (“RoboShepherd”). They are website terms only. They are not a bill of lading, not a rate confirmation, and not an independent-contractor or employment agreement.
License to use the site
We grant a limited, revocable license to view and use the public pages for lawful freight, recruiting, and company information. You may not scrape, overload, or misuse the forms, or copy the site to impersonate RoboShepherd.
No carriage until we accept
Posting a load, submitting an RFQ, or joining the shipper list does not create a contract of carriage. We may decline any request. A contract exists only when RoboShepherd accepts the freight in writing or dispatches a truck. Public load-board listings are invitations to inquire, not tenders we have already accepted.
Accuracy of what you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of company, load, and application information. False or incomplete freight data, authority claims, or driver credentials can delay or void coverage. You agree to indemnify RoboShepherd against claims arising from information you submit that is false or misleading.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to post household-goods or hazmat freight unless we have agreed in writing to haul it. Do not upload malware, harass staff, or attempt to access /corp or other portals without authorization.
Driver applications
Submitting an application does not create employment or a contractor relationship. Whether work, if offered, is W2 or 1099 is determined by a separate written agreement — not by these website terms.
Limitation of website liability
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every posted load will be covered. To the extent permitted by law, RoboShepherd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be limited under a bill of lading or applicable transportation law once we have accepted a shipment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the state courts of Carroll County, Georgia, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms.
